This session will explore the many potential benefits (financial and otherwise) that can be achieved under value-based reimbursement models. In addition, we will explore how to build organizational support for these programs and how to financially prepare for these opportunities. 
In the first DRCHSD Patient Experience session, participants will develop an understanding of HCAHPS (Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems) and other patient experience surveys.
In the second DRCHSD Patient Experience session, participants will develop an awareness of what it means to think of patients and their families as customers.
In the third DRCHSD Patient Experience session, participants will develop an understanding of the "voice of the customer."
