Eligible applicants include small rural hospitals (CAHs and PPS acute care facilities up to approximately 100 beds) RHCs, and other healthcare organizations located in Delta Regional Authority (DRA) designated counties and parishes.

This self-assessment and the associated resources will assist rural ambulance agency leaders to succeed in moving from volume to value in their agency’s culture and operations.
