In health care, storytelling is more important than ever for humanizing your organization, educating, inspiring and building trust. Learn how to use the power of storytelling to define who you are while engaging with your patients, community and employees. Craft stories that spark emotional connections between your hospital and the community you serve. Compelling storytelling is essential for effective, relatable communication efforts and image development.

In this interactive session, you’ll leave inspired and energized to go out and tell the story of your rural health organization.

Objectives:

  • Understand the importance of storytelling in communicating your image
  • Learn how to present ideas that show empathy and emotion
  • Learn techniques to tell your story through internal communication, video and publications
