Delta Quality Webinar Series This quality series will center on the 9 core elements of quality infrastructure supporting rural health care quality improvement (QI) efforts. Participants will engage in interactive discussions regarding the application of the core elements to important topics of patient experience, patient safety, and health equity. 

Session 2 objectives:

• Recognize the importance of patient experience as a key indicator of overall quality. 
• Explore opportunities for improving patient experience including workforce engagement, integrating equity, and using data.
