DRCHSD Fall Communication Webinar Series Session 3: Building Loyalty by Targeting your Message to Various Generations

Health care communications can be a challenge when trying to reach a specific audience. Understanding generational behaviors and mindsets can equip you with the knowledge you need to meet your audience where they are. Communication strategies must be established that reflect the nuances of the multigenerational, multicultural, and bilingual homes in the communities you serve. This webinar will explore ways to reach a generationally diverse audience when developing your communications strategy. We’ll discuss techniques on how to craft messaging that appeals to each generation’s needs.

Speaker(s): Mike Milligan, President, Legato Healthcare

Learning Objectives:

  • Identify generational and differences and how those differences impact traditional and digital communication strategies
  • Understand the basics of targeted communication planning focused on the right messaging, for the right audiences, at the right place
  • Learn how to look at a diverse audience for what they have in common, and then align your messaging approach and tactics to their respective nuances
