The Delta Region Community Health Systems Development (DRCHSD) Program is pleased to offer participating organizations a Revenue Cycle Improvement Bootcamp through BKD, LLP. The topic is Clinical Documentation Integrity (CDI) Best Practices Part I. 

Purpose: To assist organizations with building internal capacity and staff knowledge gain that results in the implementation of CDI best practices.

Objective: To support DRCHSD participating organizations with clinical documentation process improvement to enhance revenue cycle functionality and reimbursement, and to reduce denials.

Audience: DRCHSD participating PPS hospital Clinical Documentation Specialists, Nursing Staff, Physician Champion / Providers, Billing Staff, Coders, Compliance Officers, and other key medical records staff.
