This National Rural Health Information Technology (HIT) Coalition call featured information about rural care coordination during the pandemic. This event was coordinated by the Technical Assistance and Services Center (TASC), a program of the National Rural Health Resource Center, and supported by the Federal Office of Rural Health Policy (FORHP).

 

Following the webinar, participants were able to:

  • Recall what care coordination is and its relation to HIT
  • Explain the challenges and opportunities of care coordination for rural hospitals and clinics
  • Summarize examples of successes and lessons learned during the pandemic
  • Identify how Flex Programs can support care coordination initiatives
