Selected Core Competency: Building and Sustaining Partnerships

The Louisiana FLEX program is working to rebuild partnerships with leadership at each CAH through networking sessions and a rotating schedule of site visits. Our program also utilizes surveys to gather information from CAHs on their QI and financial needs.

What is one activity your state is funding through SHIP?

Louisiana SHIP is developing a quality improvement peer group network similar to the supports provided to CAHs on QI through FLEX.
