The Federal Office of Rural Health Policy (FORHP) improves rural health care through a variety of grant programs that support local health providers and patients. FORHP-funded programming increases health care access, strengthens health networks, and improves quality of care for Critical Access Hospitals, small rural hospitals, Rural Health Clinics, and other rural healthcare organizations.
This interactive learning collaborative will support middle managers and informal leaders in rural health care to explore practical leadership skills to advance value-based care initiatives in their organizations and communities.
