Series Description: This webinar series equips health care leaders with the skills to adapt their communication and coaching approaches to better engage employees, enhance retention, and drive stronger results. Participants will explore how individual characteristics shape the way employees respond to feedback and coaching, learn practical strategies for tailoring their interactions, and gain access to tools that reinforce these skills on the job.

Webinar 2: An adaptable approach to coaching and feedback
Session Description: This session explores how adaptable coaching and feedback drive engagement. Participants will examine how one-on-one meetings can serve as a “home base” for tailoring communication and support to individual employees. Participants will also learn when and how to coach effectively, practice a curious mindset, and use the SBIR model to tailor feedback for greater impact.
