This webinar focused on quality improvement from the ambulance service perspective. This event was supported by the Federal Office of Rural Health Policy (FORHP) and coordinated by TASC, a program of the National Rural Health Resource Center (The Center). 

Upon participating in this event, participants were able to:

  • Describe the approach to quality improvement from an ambulance service.
  • Name quality improvement initiatives that could be implemented in state Flex Programs
