Part 6- How to Communicate Who You Truly Are as an Organization

Communication Strategies for Community Outreach and Education Webinar Series

The DRCHSD (Delta) Program will be offering an 8-part weekly webinar series. Experts from Legato Healthcare will be presenting on a variety of timely topics aimed at supporting your communication strategies for community outreach and education.

Audience: Webinars are intended for DRCHSD hospital/clinic leaders and Community Champions.

Speaker: Brian Lani, VP of Creative Services of Legato Healthcare

Health care is consumer-driven and prospective patients make decisions based on many factors including cost, access, quality, experience, and their connection to us. These patients, or consumers, identify with the messages and overall image you create for your organization; it’s so much more than a logo or your colors, although those are important too. The way you define who you are as an organization – the way you look, feel, act, speak, and deliver care – is critical for cultivating loyalty and patient retention. It will describe every interaction with your organization: patient care, community relations, how the phone is answered, your website — and even  your billing.

Discover how to develop your organizational personality to align with your vision and future growth strategy.

Objectives:

  • Discover why a strong image is much more than a name, tagline or logo
  • See the importance of delivering a great experience
  • Learn how to create a promise through your image that benefits your community and the patients you serve
