Session Description: For the past 24-months, while rural health systems have been battling Covid-19, the healthcare industry has continued to evolve at an accelerating pace.  Traditional healthcare providers must adapt to the new market realities or face increasing threats from new forms of competition.  This presentation will highlight these threats and provide rural health systems with a clear plan to leverage their market position and goodwill obtained during the pandemic, to minimize these threats.

Time: Friday, July 1st from 11:00 – 12:00 pm CST

Speaker: Eric Shell, CPA, MBA Stroudwater Associates

Learning Objectives:

  • Better understand new competitive forces and their impact on traditional healthcare providers
  • Develop a strategic plan to address market changes
  • Outline a specific post-pandemic plan of action that will result in improved performance

Invitations will be sent out to participants prior to the date of the event. If you have any questions contact Caleb Lozinski or Nick McRae.
