Social Media with Limited Bandwidth and Budget Part 1

Description: Part one of this series will cover the key social media platforms that  healthcare communicators should utilize to reach their audiences. Speakers will give an  overview of the top five social media platforms and examine the key audience  demographics that exist on each platform, high-performing content across platforms,  and best practices for when to post on social media. This session will also give  attendees the opportunity to identify their audience and develop user personas, as well  as narrow down their content niche.

  • Understand the key social media platforms relevant to healthcare 
  • communicators, including their features, functionalities, and unique audience 
  • demographics;
  • Review high-performing content types across social media platforms;
  • Learn best practices for posting times and frequency to maximize reach and 
  • engagement;

  • Identify your content niche to create compelling and relevant content for social 
  • media.
